Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their sales expertise in a dynamic, high-performance environment. As a Field Sales Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in B2C/B2B sales, client relationship management, and market strategies while working closely with experienced mentors. Your mission will be to build strong client connections and contribute to revenue growth by promoting our technology services and solutions across designated regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit potential clients across assigned areas to promote SysTechCares products and services.

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Present, promote, and demonstrate products to increase client engagement and understanding.

  • Support in executing sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and lead conversion efforts.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to support strategy refinement.

  • Attend training programs and workshops as part of the sales development track.

  • Submit timely reports on daily visits, progress, and targets to the Sales Manager.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless client experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; local language proficiency is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Willingness to travel extensively and meet clients face-to-face.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile sales apps is desirable.


Experience

  • 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer interaction roles.

  • Fresh graduates with a passion for fieldwork and client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Occasional travel outside standard hours may be required based on client schedules.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline development.

  • Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and market demands.

  • Time management and organizational abilities to plan daily field visits.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle objections in real time.

  • Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools or sales strategies.
