Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers in navigating CVS Health products, services, prescription refills, and insurance queries.
Provide accurate information regarding policies, procedures, and services.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure follow-up for unresolved cases.
Escalate complex or sensitive concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain customer records by updating account information in internal systems.
Meet performance standards in areas such as customer satisfaction, call handling time, and quality assurance.
Adhere to CVS Healths data privacy, compliance, and service protocols.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required based on business needs.
