Accurately and efficiently process prescription requests from patients, doctors, and insurance providers.
Assist pharmacists in verifying, packaging, and preparing medications for shipment.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to prescription refills, order status, and medication inquiries.
Ensure that all data is recorded accurately and confidentially in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Contact physicians or providers for prescription clarification when necessary.
Maintain compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
Provide compassionate and professional service to patients in every interaction.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Active Pharmacy Technician license/certification as per state regulations.
Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems and tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Comfortable using technology and navigating digital platforms.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician (retail, hospital, or mail order setting preferred).
Previous experience with CVS Health systems or similar pharmacy platforms is a plus.
Remote work experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Flexible work schedule; shifts may vary depending on department needs.
Full-time and part-time options available.
