Job Summary

Progressive Technology is excited to offer a dynamic Summer Internship Program tailored for students in the USA who are eager to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to various departments such as Software Development, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, IT Support, and Business Operations. Interns will work directly with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop the essential skills needed for future career success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on live projects aligned with your field of interest (tech, marketing, business, etc.)

• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making

• Assist in the development, testing, or improvement of products, campaigns, or internal processes

• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project updates

• Prepare reports, documentation, or presentations based on project outcomes

• Engage in regular feedback sessions and mentorship opportunities

• Attend optional training programs, networking events, and career development workshops

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a relevant field (Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Engineering, etc.)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic understanding of MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude

Experience

• No prior professional experience required

• Training and onboarding will be provided

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule with options for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week)

• Monday to Friday, with occasional virtual meetings or events

• Remote and hybrid roles available depending on the department and location
