Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly creative and self-motivated Freelance Graphic Designer to join our expanding creative team. Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets including social media graphics, web banners, email layouts, and digital ads.

• Develop branding materials such as logos, visual identities, brochures, presentations, and infographics.

• Collaborate with marketing, UX, and product teams to understand project objectives and translate them into visual concepts.

• Ensure consistent brand representation across all design outputs.

• Revise designs based on feedback in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain awareness of current design trends and tools to create modern, engaging visuals.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant design tools such as Figma or Canva.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design styles and project types.

• Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or freelance setting.

• Experience designing for both digital and print media is required.

• Experience working with international clients or distributed teams is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible hours based on your availability and project timelines.

• You are free to manage your own schedule as long as deadlines are met.

• Occasional video meetings with team members in different time zones may be required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize fresh and engaging visuals.

• Strong problem-solving skills and openness to feedback.

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles is an added advantage.

• Comfortable with collaborative tools such as Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, or Notion.
