Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Packaging Assistants for full-time positions within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or advance their career in warehousing and logistics. Successful candidates will be responsible for efficiently packaging products, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to strict quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack goods for shipment according to company standards and product specifications.

• Label and organize packaged products for storage or dispatch.

• Conduct visual quality checks to ensure items are damage-free and meet packaging guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the packaging zone and overall warehouse.

• Assist with unloading incoming stock and organizing goods in designated storage areas.

• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners (training provided).

• Support inventory management activities such as stock counting and recording.

• Follow all company safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Basic understanding of English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and lift packages up to 20kg.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience

• Prior experience in a warehouse, packaging, or FMCG environment is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Freshers and overseas applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Shift-based schedule (morning, evening, and night shifts available).

• 40 to 48 hours per week, including occasional weekend or holiday work as per business needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety protocols (training provided).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic numeracy skills for counting and labeling products.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
