Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Packaging Production Staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging machines and manual packing stations efficiently.

• Inspect items for quality control before and after packaging.

• Weigh, label, and seal packaged goods accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and packaging area.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

• Report malfunctions, damaged products, or unsafe conditions immediately.

• Assist in loading/unloading goods and inventory handling when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Physically fit to stand, lift, and move packages throughout the shift.

• Willingness to work in fast-paced, repetitive environments.

• No prior work experience required; training will be provided.

Experience:

• Preferred: 0–1 year in a packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse role.

Working Hours:

• Rotational shifts or fixed shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night).

• 8 to 10 hours per shift, with paid breaks.
