Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is actively hiring a Junior Warehouse Supervisor for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This is a fantastic entry-level leadership opportunity for individuals with a 10th or 12th pass qualification who want to grow within warehouse and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for assisting the senior warehouse supervisor in managing daily inventory operations, coordinating staff, ensuring stock accuracy, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the storage area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound logistics

• Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and inventory movement

• Coordinate with warehouse workers to ensure efficient loading, unloading, and sorting

• Maintain proper documentation and records for all goods received and dispatched

• Perform routine stock checks and report discrepancies to the senior supervisor

• Ensure all safety guidelines and hygiene standards are followed

• Assist in assigning daily tasks and shifts to warehouse staff

• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or 12th Pass (any stream)

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Inventory Software preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic understanding of warehouse management principles

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role (Freshers welcome)

• Prior experience in FMCG or retail warehousing will be an added advantage

Working Hours

• Full-time position (8 to 9 hours per day)

• Rotational shifts may apply, including weekends and holidays as required

• Overtime available based on workload

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of warehouse layout and stockkeeping methods

• Familiarity with safety and quality control procedures

• Ability to supervise and motivate a small team

• Basic math and record-keeping abilities

• Physical stamina for lifting and standing for extended periods
