HR Service Jobs is hiring dynamic, passionate, and knowledgeable Online Educators to join our expert teaching team on the Unacademy platform. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality virtual education to students preparing for CBSE Boards, NEET, and JEE. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live classes and pre-recorded sessions on subjects aligned with CBSE (Grades 6–12), NEET (Biology, Physics, Chemistry), and JEE (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) syllabi.

• Create and structure course content, study materials, and assessments for learners.

• Use interactive digital tools to enhance students understanding and retention.

• Regularly track and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Engage with student queries and discussion forums to resolve doubts promptly.

• Collaborate with the academic team to update curriculum and teaching strategies.

• Attend Unacademy platform training and workshops as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in the relevant subject (B.Sc/M.Sc, B.Tech/M.Tech, B.Ed preferred).

• Strong academic background with proficiency in either CBSE/NEET/JEE curriculum.

• Excellent command over spoken and written English and/or Hindi.

• Ability to teach in a clear, concise, and student-friendly manner.

• Digital literacy and experience with online teaching tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, whiteboards).

Experience

• Freshers with excellent academic credentials and passion for teaching are welcome.

• 1–5 years of experience in teaching CBSE, NEET, or JEE aspirants is highly preferred.

• Prior online teaching or coaching institute experience is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible hours depending on subject and class demand.

• Both weekday and weekend slots available.

• Peak teaching hours: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (weekday evenings) and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST (weekends).
