Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is hiring passionate and skilled educators for Unacademy, Indias leading online learning platform. This is a remote teaching opportunity designed for educators who want to inspire students across the country in subjects from K–12 (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards) and Competitive Exams (NEET, JEE, UPSC, SSC, Bank, etc.). As a Remote Educator, you will deliver interactive and impactful sessions, mentor learners, and contribute to building a high-quality academic ecosystem online.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned live classes and recorded lessons.

• Prepare high-quality content including lesson plans, quizzes, and study material.

• Use digital tools and platforms to create an interactive and student-centered learning experience.

• Resolve student doubts through chat, comments, or live sessions.

• Provide timely feedback to learners and track their academic performance.

• Collaborate with other educators and the content team to improve instructional quality.

• Participate in educator training and upskilling programs conducted by Unacademy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education or the relevant subject domain (Science, Maths, English, History, Political Science, etc.).

• Strong command over the subject with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English or regional languages.

• Digital fluency and comfort using teaching platforms, whiteboard tools, and video conferencing software.

• Ability to manage virtual classroom dynamics efficiently.

Experience

• Freshers and Experienced Educators are welcome to apply.

• Prior online teaching experience or coaching experience is a plus.

• Candidates with experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or school teaching (offline/online) will be given preference.

Working Hours

• Flexible hours based on your availability and subject.

• Minimum 4–5 hours/day commitment preferred for live or recorded content.

• Weekend availability is a plus, especially during high-demand periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep knowledge of academic syllabi for your chosen subject and level (K–12 or Exam Prep).

• Ability to engage and motivate learners in an online setup.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
