Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is hiring dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses (GNM/ANM) to join reputable private hospitals across the region. This role is ideal for female professionals who are passionate about delivering quality healthcare and maintaining a patient-centric approach. The selected candidates will work closely with doctors and senior medical staff to ensure excellent clinical care is provided in an efficient and ethical manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care including administering medications, dressing wounds, and monitoring vital signs.

  • Assist doctors during examinations and treatments.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care plans.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and safety procedures.

  • Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families.

  • Prepare and manage medical equipment and tools as needed in the ward.

  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising physician.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM).

  • Registered with State Nursing Council.

  • Female candidates preferred due to hospital policy and ward-specific requirements.

  • Basic knowledge of clinical protocols, patient care, and emergency handling.

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

  • Ability to work with compassion, empathy, and patience.


Experience

  • 0 to 3 years of relevant nursing experience in any hospital or clinical setting.

  • Freshers with the right attitude and training will also be considered.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, rotational shifts (Morning/Evening/Night).

  • 6 days a week with one weekly off.

  • Overtime and emergency duty allowance as applicable.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Sound understanding of nursing care standards and hospital practices.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced hospital environments.

  • Strong ethical and professional conduct.

  • Attention to detail and patient safety.

  • Team spirit and collaboration with hospital staff.

  • Competence in basic computer and record-keeping systems (electronic or manual).
