Key Responsibilities

  • Operate packing machinery and ensure smooth workflow on the production line.

  • Pack tablets, capsules, syrups, and other medicine formats into boxes, blisters, or bottles according to guidelines.

  • Maintain hygiene and safety protocols as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

  • Perform routine checks for packaging defects and report irregularities.

  • Assist in labeling, sealing, and final inspection processes.

  • Keep records of daily packing output and submit reports to supervisors.

  • Ensure materials are handled and stored properly to avoid contamination.

  • Cooperate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with company standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass from a recognized board.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in Hindi or English.

  • Basic understanding of workplace hygiene, cleanliness, and safety procedures.

  • Good eyesight and attention to detail for identifying packaging issues.

  • Physically fit to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in pharma, FMCG, or packaging roles will be an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (Day/Night) as per plant requirements.

  • Standard shift timing: 8 to 10 hours/day, 6 days/week.

  • Overtime available based on workload and plant operations.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical product types and their handling.

  • Ability to use basic packing tools and operate semi-automatic packing machines.

  • Discipline in following schedules and maintaining productivity.

  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet daily packaging targets.

  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.
