Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is looking for detail-oriented and proactive Night-Time Order Processing Executives to join our remote team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations on our e-commerce platform by accurately processing customer orders, updating order statuses, and coordinating with support teams to guarantee timely fulfillment. As a remote team member, you will work during night hours to support global customers, ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate online customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Update order management systems and ensure all order data is correctly recorded.

• Track pending orders and coordinate with the warehouse or vendor teams for timely dispatch.

• Monitor and resolve order-related discrepancies or payment issues.

• Communicate with customer service or support teams to address escalations if needed.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports of order processing activities for management review.

• Follow company protocols to maintain data security and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling order data.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and online order management.

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Computer proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email handling.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in order processing, data entry, e-commerce operations, or a similar back-office role.

• Freshers with good computer skills and willingness to work night shifts are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Night shift (typically 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST) to align with international business hours.

• Flexible part-time or full-time options available based on project requirements.
