You will teach English as a Second Language (ESL) to international students, primarily during evening hours, using virtual classrooms and online teaching tools. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive English lessons online for students of varying age groups and proficiency levels.

• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and creative activities to enhance student engagement.

• Assess students language proficiency and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.

• Communicate effectively with students and parents (where applicable) to discuss progress and goals.

• Utilize modern online teaching tools and platforms to deliver effective lessons.

• Encourage a positive and supportive virtual learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).

• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.

• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual classrooms.

• Basic technical knowledge for using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar).

• Patient, empathetic, and passionate about language education.

Experience

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience (online or offline) preferred.

• Experience teaching ESL or working with international students is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible evening shifts to accommodate international students across different time zones.

• Part-time or full-time availability based on your schedule and student demand.
