Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of websites, applications, and software products.

• Identify, document, and track bugs or defects using standard issue-tracking tools.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure timely bug resolution.

• Execute regression, functional, usability, and cross-browser testing.

• Prepare detailed QA reports and provide recommendations for product improvement.

• Maintain high attention to detail and follow company testing guidelines and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.

• Ability to perform manual testing; experience with automated testing tools is a plus.

• Familiarity with issue tracking platforms such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

• Knowledge of basic programming concepts or test scripting is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English for remote collaboration.

Experience

• Minimum: 1 year of experience in software QA testing or a similar role.

• Preferred: Experience working in remote or freelance QA projects with global teams.

Working Hours

• Evening shift (suitable for global freelancers).

• Flexible schedule depending on project deadlines, approximately 4–6 hours daily.
