MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Translation Specialist to support our international projects. This role involves translating documents, digital content, and communication materials across multiple languages to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance. Ideal for multilingual professionals, this role offers the flexibility to work remotely with a focus on nighttime tasks to support our global operations across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate and localize written content, such as business documents, website pages, product descriptions, and client communications, across assigned languages.

• Ensure translations maintain accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness.

• Collaborate with global teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.

• Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure consistency and error-free output.

• Manage multiple translation projects simultaneously with a strong focus on deadlines.

• Use translation tools and software for efficient and consistent outputs.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, or others).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in all working languages.

• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain high translation accuracy.

• Competency in translation tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or other CAT tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks under minimal supervision.

Experience

• 1–3 years of professional translation experience or equivalent freelance experience.

• Experience with corporate communication, marketing materials, or technical translations is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote work, primarily during nighttime hours (to align with international project schedules).

• Approx. 20–40 hours per week, depending on project availability.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Multilingual communication and cross-cultural understanding.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Familiarity with file formats such as Word, Excel, PDF, and translation-friendly formats.

• Adaptability to handle various content types, from technical to creative.
