HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry Level Medical Coders. In this role, you will be responsible for translating healthcare diagnoses, procedures, and medical services into standard codes for insurance and billing purposes. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately review and assign appropriate medical codes for diagnoses, treatments, and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with physicians, billing teams, and medical staff to resolve coding queries.

• Audit and verify coded data to reduce errors and ensure timely claim submissions.

• Stay updated on coding guidelines, industry standards, and healthcare regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or any healthcare-related field.

• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology (preferred).

• Good attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome.

• Any prior internship or exposure to medical coding will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Occasional weekend work may be required during high-volume periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of medical records and documentation processes.

• Ability to quickly learn ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding practices.

• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
