As an Online Tutor, you will teach students of various age groups from the comfort of your home. Whether you have a passion for English, Math, Science, or other academic subjects, your teaching skills can now make a difference — right from your living room. No commuting, no office politics — just you, your knowledge, and a stable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive online lessons tailored to student needs.

• Prepare lesson plans and learning materials aligned with the curriculum.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to report progress.

• Use online tools and platforms to facilitate learning (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom).

• Maintain accurate records of sessions and student assessments.

• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A strong command of the English language (spoken and written).

• Good subject knowledge in one or more academic areas: English, Math, Science, etc.

• A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable internet connection.

• Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Word, Google Docs, etc.).

• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.

Experience

• Prior teaching/tutoring experience (online or offline) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching are welcome to apply.

• Moms returning to work after a break are strongly encouraged to apply — we support career re-starters!

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule — choose your own hours between 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST.

• Part-time role: 1 to 5 hours per day based on your availability and student demand.

• Weekend slots are available (optional).
