Progressive Technology is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing customer service team as Online Chat Support Representatives. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering excellent support to our customers through live chat platforms. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. No phone calls—just fast, friendly, and efficient online communication.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email channels.
Assist customers with product or service-related questions and provide accurate information.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team when necessary.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving and positive communication.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions using the companys CRM system.
Follow company guidelines, policies, and best practices for online communication.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support coverage.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong typing speed (minimum 35 WPM) with high accuracy.
Basic computer literacy and comfort with web-based tools.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently.
Previous customer service, chat support, or data entry experience preferred but not required.
