Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Installer to join our building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heaters, ventilation ducts, and related components according to blueprints and specifications.

• Test and inspect HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in HVAC equipment and systems.

• Collaborate with construction teams, engineers, and project managers to plan installation schedules and coordinate workflow.

• Ensure all work meets local building codes, industry standards, and company safety policies.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.

• Provide recommendations for system upgrades, replacements, or improvements as needed.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and enhance system longevity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical wiring, piping, and ductwork.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.

• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

• Familiarity with safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an HVAC Installer or in a similar role within the building construction industry.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, typically 40–45 hours per week.

• On-site presence at construction sites is required.
