Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pipe Layer to join our construction team. The Pipe Layer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pipelines for water, gas, sewage, and other infrastructure projects. This role demands physical stamina, precision, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in various pipe installation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay, assemble, and maintain pipelines according to project specifications and blueprints.

• Excavate trenches, prepare surfaces, and ensure proper alignment of pipes.

• Connect pipes using welding, threading, gluing, or other appropriate techniques.

• Inspect and test installed pipelines to ensure leak-free, safe, and functional systems.

• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and construction crews to complete projects on time.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and environmental regulations on construction sites.

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs of pipelines as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in pipe laying, installation, or related construction work.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.

• Knowledge of welding, threading, and joining techniques for different pipe materials.

• Familiarity with tools, machinery, and equipment used in pipe installation.

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging environments.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or civil infrastructure projects.

• Experience with municipal, industrial, or residential pipeline projects is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, typically 40–48 hours per week.

• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or shifts depending on project deadlines.
