Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and grade surfaces to ensure proper alignment and leveling before concrete application.

• Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete for roads, sidewalks, foundations, and structural components.

• Apply finishing techniques, including smoothing, troweling, and texturing surfaces.

• Repair and patch damaged concrete areas, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetics.

• Follow construction plans and specifications accurately, adhering to quality standards.

• Operate construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain worksite cleanliness and organize materials for optimal workflow.

• Collaborate with other construction professionals to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cement Mason or similar role in road and building construction projects.

• Strong understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.

• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, work on elevated surfaces, and endure long hours of manual labor.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in concrete work for roads, buildings, or related civil construction projects.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 8–10 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.

• May require extended hours or weekend work depending on project deadlines.
