Key Responsibilities

• Sort, load, and unload packages in the warehouse and delivery vehicles accurately and efficiently.

• Operate warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified).

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.

• Assist in scanning, tracking, and recording packages using FedEx systems.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

• Follow standard operating procedures for handling packages, including fragile and hazardous materials.

• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.

• Basic computer skills for package scanning and tracking.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not mandatory.

• Training will be provided for equipment operation and FedEx-specific procedures.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
