Job Summary

FedEx is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our warehouse operations team as Warehouse Loaders/Unloaders. This entry-level position is essential to the efficient handling, sorting, and movement of packages within our facilities. As a Warehouse Loader/Unloader, you will play a key role in ensuring packages are safely loaded onto delivery trucks and unloaded from incoming shipments, contributing to FedExs commitment to fast, accurate, and dependable service. Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages and freight with care, following all safety protocols.

• Sort packages according to destination, size, and type.

• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if trained).

• Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Assist in inventory management and documentation as required.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and package handling is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Experience

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is advantageous but not required.

• Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time shifts available.
