Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines.

• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular marketing reports.

• Support event planning, online webinars, and promotional activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

• Manage marketing databases and maintain accurate records of campaign results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms and email marketing software.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing coordination or assistant role (internship experience will be considered).

• Experience in digital content creation, campaign coordination, or brand communication is an asset.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote schedule.

• Approximately 30–40 hours per week during the summer contract period.

• Occasional participation in online meetings or virtual events as required.
