Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented AI Trainer – Natural Language Processing (NLP) to help enhance and refine the performance of AI language models. In this role, you will analyze, train, and evaluate AI-generated outputs to improve the accuracy, tone, and contextual understanding of advanced AI systems. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and linguists to train large language models by providing human feedback and ensuring the system produces relevant, coherent, and accurate responses across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and fine-tune AI models using curated linguistic data and human feedback.

• Evaluate AI-generated text outputs for accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.

• Annotate and label datasets to support supervised learning models.

• Develop prompts and evaluate model performance against linguistic benchmarks.

• Collaborate with the AI research team to design experiments that enhance model understanding.

• Identify inconsistencies, biases, and areas of improvement within AI responses.

• Maintain documentation of training processes, evaluation metrics, and quality improvement strategies.

• Stay up to date with trends and innovations in natural language processing, machine learning, and AI ethics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning fundamentals, and linguistic structures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML tools is an advantage.

• Ability to analyze complex text data and provide qualitative feedback.

• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience working with large datasets or text corpora.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in AI model training, NLP research, data annotation, or related roles.

• Freshers with strong academic backgrounds in NLP, linguistics, or AI research projects are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote work schedule.

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).

• Occasional collaboration with global teams may require availability across time zones.
