Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Online Tutors / Part-time Teachers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality online classes to students in primary, secondary, or higher secondary levels depending on your expertise.

• Plan and prepare interactive lessons tailored to students needs and academic goals.

• Evaluate students progress through assignments, quizzes, and assessments.

• Provide constructive feedback and encourage students to participate actively.

• Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined online classroom environment.

• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding students academic performance.

• Stay updated with modern teaching methods, tools, and technologies.

• Participate in online training sessions and staff meetings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Education, English, Science, Mathematics, or any relevant field.

• Strong command of spoken and written English.

• Excellent online communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable using online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

• Ability to engage students in virtual settings using creative methods.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital learning tools.

Experience

• Fresher and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.

• Prior teaching or tutoring experience (online or offline) will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible part-time schedule (morning, afternoon, or evening slots available).

• 2 to 5 hours per day depending on student demand and your availability.

• Work-from-home setup offering complete location flexibility within Kanpur.
