Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Sales Executive to manage and optimize our e-commerce operations across leading platforms such as Amazon and Shopify. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, maintaining product listings, and improving overall brand visibility. Manage product listings on Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and images.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize listings and campaigns.
Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertising strategies to drive online traffic and sales.
Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback with professionalism to maintain a strong brand reputation.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.
Prepare sales reports and share insights with management to support decision-making.
Continuously update knowledge about platform policies, SEO, and e-commerce best practices.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Admin Dashboard.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
Basic understanding of SEO, PPC ads, and digital marketing principles.
1–3 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce management, or digital marketing.
Prior experience managing Amazon or Shopify stores is a strong advantage.
