Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Officer (Home-based) to join our remote team in India. This role is ideal for creative, tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and online brand growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our services, drive online traffic, and enhance customer engagement. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while being part of a dynamic and growing consultancy firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.

• Optimize website and content for SEO and user engagement.

• Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and develop engaging content.

• Conduct market research and analyze digital performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and promotional strategies.

• Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.

• Track and report digital marketing KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, SEO, and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

• Experience using marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to design and deliver visually appealing campaigns.

• Analytical approach to problem-solving and campaign performance evaluation.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar field.

• Freshers with strong digital marketing certifications and a passion for online marketing may also apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours (Full-time, Remote)

• Monday to Friday; availability for meetings and collaboration during business hours is expected.
