Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of beauty services including facial treatments, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and hair services.

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas and equipment.

• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

• Manage appointments and ensure clients have a pleasant salon experience.

• Assist in product sales and promote salon packages to increase customer engagement.

• Work closely with the salon team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology from a recognized institution.

• Strong skills in facial treatments, threading, waxing, manicure/pedicure, and basic hair styling.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passionate about beauty, grooming, and providing top-notch customer service.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of skincare and beauty products commonly used in salons.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience working as a beautician in a salon or spa.

• International or multicultural experience will be an added advantage.

• Fresh candidates with strong skills and a professional attitude are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible shifts.

• Typically 8–9 hours per day, 6 days a week (rotational weekly off).

• Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on salon operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of beauty treatments and salon hygiene standards.

• Strong time management and client handling skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a professional team.

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.

• Fluency in English or Hindi; knowledge of additional Indian regional languages is a plus.
