Job Summary

FedEx is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator – Entry Level Operations Support to join our fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipment coordination.

  • Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and update warehouse management systems accurately.

  • Coordinate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and transportation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Identify operational issues and escalate concerns to supervisors as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with FedEx safety standards, policies, and operational procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records related to inventory, shipping, and warehouse activities.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus).

  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience
