HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Certified Professional Coder (CPC) – Entry Level to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately coding medical diagnoses, procedures, and services in accordance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines. Accurately review and assign codes for medical procedures and diagnoses from patient records.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, billing teams, and auditors to resolve coding discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
Perform quality checks and audits to ensure coding accuracy and completeness.
Support documentation improvement initiatives by providing feedback on record-keeping practices.
Meet deadlines and productivity targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Current Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification from AAPC.
Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and coding software.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Entry-level position: 0–2 years of medical coding experience preferred but not required.
Familiarity with healthcare documentation and coding practices is a plus.

Full-time, remote schedule with flexible hours.
Standard working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (can vary based on project or client requirements).
