Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Call Center QA Monitor to join our remote workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions, ensuring service quality standards are met, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the call center operations. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) for quality and compliance.
Assess agent performance based on predefined quality standards, scripts, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching recommendations to improve agent performance.
Prepare detailed QA reports and share insights with team leaders and management.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with training and operations teams to enhance service delivery.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and customer service benchmarks.
Participate in calibration sessions to maintain scoring consistency across the QA team.
