Job Summary
Progressive Technology is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Remote Telesales Representative to join our dynamic home-based call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, promoting products and services, and closing sales through outbound and inbound calls. Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products/services
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into successful sales
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales
