Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Calling Representative to join our remote call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote products and services, generate leads, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company offerings
Generate leads, set appointments, and close sales opportunities
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions
Follow call scripts while adapting communication style to customer needs
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve performance

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales roles preferred
Prior experience in a remote or call center environment is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply
