Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend optimized solutions.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.
Experience
Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
0–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles is preferred.
Internship or academic project experience in analytics will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Flexible working hours with overlapping time zones for team collaboration.
