Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and maintain technical documents such as user manuals, guides, FAQs, and online help content
Translate complex technical information into simple, easy-to-understand language
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to gather accurate information
Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all documentation
Review and update existing documents to reflect product or process changes
Follow documentation standards and style guidelines
Conduct basic research to support technical writing tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to learn quickly
Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, or similar tools
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic knowledge of formatting and documentation styles is an advantage

Working Hours
