Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage teleconsultation appointments between patients and healthcare providers
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support professionally
Assist patients with registration, documentation, and basic technical guidance for teleconsultations
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details
Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for scheduled consultations

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any undergraduate degree
