Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote HR Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar HR role.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and hiring best practices.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience hiring across multiple industries or roles is highly preferred.
Prior remote recruiting experience is an added advantage.
